This club is formed to do something for the betterment of sports and games in Bengal especially in rural Bengal. This club has been formed with a mission of doing something for the society expecting nothing in return. If mental pleasure receives in return it will be our extra bonus. So friends come forward and join.

Join Us

Membership Criteria

Any positive minded employee or pensioner of any designation who gets salary from West Bengal Govt can be an ordinary member of our club.

Membership Criteria

Any positive minded sports loving person other than (i ) and ( ii) can apply for membership and if the Governing body admits he will be a member of our club.

Membership Criteria

Any positive minded employee irrespective of their designations, other than Govt of WB viz. Govt of India or PSU can be an associated member of our club.

E.S.C.B Mission

Mission Super-30 is our prime project. We scout 30 U-13 footballers from rural Bengal. Admit them in a school with Hostels and ground facilities. We provide all logistic supports to build them as a class one footballer. We also provide all supports for their all round grooming. This project is a project of four to five years.

Primarily Super -30 project will start at Salboni Paschim Medinipur.

Our Aim

Employees' Sports Club Of Bengal

We adopt ten State level performers and help them throughout the year. If his/her performance is OK it would be continued.

We help ten coaching camps with equipments in rural Bengal.

We provide with Sports kits to at least ten State Level Performers in this year.

We arrange mediclaim policy to ten Sports Level Performers this year and if performance is OK it would be continued

We will send extra ordinary sports kids for higher training.
